8:00 AM — Volunteer arrival; Community Resource Partners, outdoor vendors and trucks begin setting up
9:15 AM — Prayer, group photos and final instructions in the gym
9:45 AM — All volunteers at their assigned stations
10:00 AM — Doors open
3:00 PM — Doors close and cleanup begins

Buddy Shoppers — 8
Section Leads and Co-Leads — Men, Women, Boys, Girls, Infant and Toddler Boys, Infant and Toddler Girls, Shoes, Essentials and Coats
Essentials Area — 6 volunteers
Community Resource Center — 2 OGCC volunteers
Kitchen Support — 2 volunteers, ages 16+
Exit Survey — 1 volunteer
Exit Assistance — 2 volunteers; ages 8+ may help families carry lightweight bags to their vehicles
Entrance Monitoring — 4 volunteers, ages 16+; at least 2 stationed in each entrance area
Cleanup Crew — Ages 8+ may assist with age-appropriate tasks
At 3:00 PM, we will begin tearing down the Family Life Center. All remaining donations, racks and supplies must be loaded onto the trailer, transported across the field and unloaded at the storage containers.
