The Closet Crew Infants & Toddlers Team Lead oversees volunteers responsible for sorting, organizing, and restocking infant and toddler clothing and other donated items. This role helps maintain an organized shopping experience, supports team members, and ensures inventory is displayed neatly and replenished throughout the event.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to stay active throughout the event.
- Passion for serving families with dignity and compassion.
