Time Commitment: 14 day deployments and 12‑hour shifts (day or night)
Location: Disaster response sites (local, regional, or national)

Help ensure no community is left behind during disaster response. As a Community Engagement & Partnerships (CEP) Team Volunteer, you work alongside community organizations, faith groups, nonprofits, and partners to strengthen coordination and expand access to Red Cross services—especially for traditionally underserved populations.

This role is ideal for volunteers who build trust easily, navigate diverse environments with diplomacy, and value collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage community organizations and partner groups as part of the CEP plan
  • Serve as a liaison between community partners and disaster response teams
  • Participate in NGO, faith‑based, and private‑sector coordination meetings
  • Support inclusive, collaborative partnerships that strengthen response efforts
  • Share updates and insights with CEP leadership to guide outreach and coordination
