Time Commitment: 14-21 day Deployment to disaster sites
Location: Disaster response sites (local, regional, or national)

Help ensure disaster responders have what they need to serve communities effectively. As a Staff Planning & Support Team Volunteer, you provide vital behind‑the‑scenes support that keeps disaster operations running smoothly—from lodging and logistics to data and responder support systems.

This role is ideal for volunteers who are organized, customer‑focused, and enjoy supporting teams in fast‑paced environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide customer service and support to traveling disaster responders
  • Assist with responder lodging and maintain accurate records
  • Support Mission Cards and operational systems
  • Help with responder in‑processing and out‑processing
  • Update and manage data in Volunteer Connection and disaster information systems
