In this role, you’ll do more than manage a list—you’ll build the community that makes baseball and softball possible for over 200 local children.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Grow the Family: Lead the charge in recruiting new faces and nurturing relationships with our dedicated veteran volunteers.
- Be the Digital Architect: Keep our opportunities fresh and accessible on the Volunteer River Counties portal.
- Event Maestro: Assist in staffing exciting events like baseball tournaments and the annual Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser that keep our facility running.
- Game Day Hero: Manage the concession stand staffing during our vibrant Spring Little League season—the true hub of game-day energy!
- Shape the Future: Identify and recruit new visionaries for the YCLC Board of Directors.
