Lancaster County Little League is looking for a volunteer league scheduler. No experience is needed. Training will be provided by the current scheduler. The spring Little League season runs from March - June and the Fall season runs during September and October.
The league scheduler has the following responsibilities.
- Create and maintain LCLL Spring and Fall practice and game schedules using TeamSnap
- Provide LCLL Umpire-in-Chief with initial game schedules and updates as necessary
- Attend Spring Little League D15 Scheduling meeting – typically Mathews, Middlesex, Essex, Westmoreland, Richmond County, Northumberland, and Lancaster
- Determine which (if any) fields will be available to use after rain
- Work with coaches to reschedule games/practices as needed
- Work with LES and LHS Athletic Directors to ensure middle school and high school field availability
- Provide LCLL coaches with contact information of opposing coaches
