The Youth Club of Lancaster County is looking to add a new board member to fill the role of Vice President, Fundraising. This position will serve as the lead of the fundraising team and will manage a group of volunteers assisting with organization fundraisers.
YCLC VP – FUNDRAISING ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum YCLC Board Responsibilities
- Attend 75% of YCLC Board Meetings
- Attend either Fall or Spring Ballpark Workday
- Work at least 1 fundraiser (Fishing Tournament, Spaghetti Dinner, etc.)
- Work at least 1 non-paid concession stand shift
- Vice President, Fundraising Responsibilities
- Oversee all organization fundraising activities.
- Work with Volunteer Coordinator to staff fundraising events.
- Manage yearly Little League team and sign sponsorship campaign.
- Manage Capital Campaigns
- Oversee all grant writing activities.
- Establish and maintain Little League team fundraising policy.
- Work with YCLC President on annual county funding request.
- Oversee endowment
