Cat Care Volunteers provide a valuable service to our foster felines while we seek forever homes for them. Our foster home consists of multiple rooms and communal spaces. Volunteers are needed to provide the daily needs for the cats and kittens in our care.
Duties include:
- provide food and fresh eater
- tend to litter boxes
- sweep and clean the foster room
- replace washable items as needed
- clean cat trees and other items
- play with and give loving attention to our cats and kittens
Volunteers may learn new skills:
- bottle-feeding a newborn kitten
- providing medications
- administering sub-cutaneous injection
- socializing a shy or reserved cat or kitten
