Cat Cove is in need of a grant writer to research available grants and write grant proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Research available grant opportunities supporting animal rescue services
- Maintain a grant calendar and create a submission plan
- Collect data and write grant requests
- Track status of grant requests and ensure follow up communications with appropriate grant donors
- Review submitted grant proposals and status with Board of Directors
Qualifications:
- Detailed research skills and excellent writing skills
- Self-starter and goal oriented
- Computer and Internet proficiency
- Organizational skills and detail-oriented
