Leave every guest with a positive final impression!
As a member of the Survey & Exit Team, you'll help create a warm and encouraging conclusion to each family's visit. You'll thank guests for attending, distribute and collect event surveys, provide community resource information when available, and assist guests as they exit the event.
This role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy interacting with people and helping Oak Grove Community Closet improve future events through guest feedback.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests as they leave and thank them for attending.
- Distribute and collect event surveys.
- Encourage guests to share feedback about their experience.
- Provide community resource information or direct guests to available resources when applicable.
- Answer basic questions or direct guests to the appropriate volunteer or committee member.
- Help ensure the exit area remains organized and welcoming.
- Assist guests with carrying bags to their vehicles if needed or connect them with a Mission Movers volunteer.
Requirements:
- Ages 16 and older
- Friendly, welcoming, and compassionate attitude.
- Comfortable interacting with the public.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
