Proceeds from this year's raffle will benefit the Foundation's Community Crisis Fund supporting local food pantries during the fall grant cycle.
The winning ticket will be drawn on September 12 around 4 p.m. during the 8th Annual Northern Neck Beach Music Festival. Need not be present to win.
