Wow your friends and family at your next holiday get-together or special occasion! In this fun two half-day class, students will learn the fundamental techniques of decorating cookies with Royal Icing: Piping, Flood and Embellishment. You will leave the second day of class with pre-baked, decorated cookies and a kit to continue practicing at home.
- Class hours: 1 to 4 on each of the two days
- Class fee: $90
- Maximum number of students: 8
- Cut off for registration: June 13th
- Material fee for the kit you will take home: $40
- Class will be held in the TMB, behind the Tavern.
In 2010, Kathleen Lockhart and her daughters formed Jill’s Cookie Cart LLC as a non-profit bakery. The sole purpose then was to raise money for Alzheimer’s research, patient programs and education. For many years they created custom cookies for parties, weddings and special events in the Washington DC area.
