Mark your calendars! The next meeting of the River Counties Volunteer Capacity Project will be Tuesday, April 22, 9:30am-12:30pm—right in the middle of National Volunteer Week (April 22-26), when we take time to celebrate and recognize the incalculable contributions of volunteers in our community.
You will see that we will be sharing preliminary results from the statewide volunteer survey (VCEI); showcasing the new volunteer platform and branding; outlining the build schedule and the responsibilities of our local partners (That means you!); explaining our public awareness building plan; and conducting a workshop on how to build a quality volunteer opportunity listing for YOUR organization on the new portal.
Ma Margaret’s will be providing refreshments again to power us through this important event, so RSVP today!
