Have you downloaded Causer yet? Causer is the mobile application designed for volunteers to manage their schedules and track their hours for organizations using the Get Connected platform by Galaxy Digital, which is the one used by Volunteer River Counties. Causer requires you to log in with the same user account you created with Volunteer River Counties. Once logged in and connected to Volunteer River Counties, the app allows you to view upcoming volunteer shifts you are registered for, check in and out of volunteer events and shifts from your phone, find and respond to new opportunities, and see a history of your volunteer impact. You can perform most of the same actions from the Volunteer River Counties webpage, but Causer brings those features conveniently to your phone and, in particular, allows you to log in and out of volunteer work directly. Your logged hours are reported to the organization for verification and approval before being added to your record. |
