Who We Are
The Link is a 501(c)(3) organization, operating since 2012, designed to connect people with the resources needed to become more independent. It is a partnership of churches and helping agencies that functions as a centralized information and referral service for residents of Lancaster and Northumberland Counties in Virginia.
To date, the Link has assisted 4300 families, an average of 30 each month.
What We Do
Using an interview process that matches neighbors in need with available and appropriate resources, The Link assists clients in:
improving the quality of their lives in a manner that builds their self-confidence;
meeting the hardships and challenges in their lives.
