Hello Members and Friends of Belle Isle State Park! The focus of our regularly scheduled second quarter meeting will be the upcoming Music By the River Series. Please consider the lineup for the 2026.
We need “Boots on the Ground” leadership for the execution of the excellent roster of musicians Robert Mason has obtained for us. Thank you Robert, for once again setting up an excellent season of musical entertainment for us! Our State Partners are asking us to step up, and clean the popcorn machine ourselves. We, of course, will need someone to volunteer as lead for the staffing of each individual concert, and the cleanup. Sarah did a wonderful job last year! Thank you!!!
Additionally:
• Brian will be giving a report on the Wildlife Camera & Treasurer’s Report.
• “The State of the Park.” from its management perspective will be presented.
• Rachel will speak on the many programs she runs for park visitors and at schools.
• We will entertain member’s suggestions and comments.
