Event volunteers help make our Bingo Fundraiser a fun, welcoming, and successful night for our community. Whether you’re great at setting things up, helping guests during the event, or wrapping things up at the end, your support makes a real difference.
Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities
- Help arrange tables, chairs, and decorations
- Set up bingo supplies, prizes, and concessions area
- Assist staff with final event preparations
- Sell concessions
- Handle cash and/or digital payments accurately
- Greet attendees and provide friendly customer service
- Help clean up and pack away supplies
- Break down tables, chairs, and decorations
Ideal Volunteers Are:
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with the public
- Able to stand, walk, and lift light items as needed
- Willing to work as part of a team in a lively event environment
