Volunteer: Join the Volunteer Guild, and Go Behind the Scenes!The Northern Neck Orchestra Volunteer Guild The Northern Neck Orchestra's volunteers work behind the scenes to provide essential services to the orchestra, the chamber music series and Chamberfest programs. The orchestra has created a Volunteer Guild to augment the current pool of volunteers as its concerts continue to attract a growing number of concertgoers. Guild members may assume a variety of responsibilities while serving as ambassadors of the orchestra, such as: Securing transportation for musicians Providing overnight housing for out of town musicians Arranging refreshments for musicians at rehearsals and concerts Handling the front lobby at concerts: collecting tickets, distributing programs, assisting with seating and supporting the box office Supplementing production staff with the stage management, lighting and sound Placing roadside banners to promote concerts Providing editorial support for orchestra communications Identifying new staffing needs Please consider joining the Northern Neck Orchestra Volunteer Guild.
