Volunteer: factotum (jack of all trades)

We have a museum and library, sell books, conduct genealogical research, publish an annual magazine and other publications, have a membership of approximately 450 people nationwide, and host at least four lectures a year in our meeting room. It takes a lot of skills to hold everything together. We can utilize individuals with specialized skills, such as librarians and curators, but a person who is versatile and possesses a range of generalized skills is also necessary. If you can file papers, maintain an email or mailing list, check inventories, check in accessions, take decent photos, write well, are good at organizing, and can see what needs to be done, we have a place for you.
