Volunteer River Counties is excited to host our next Quarterly Partner Convening by Zoom on Monday, August 3rd, 2026 from 12:00-1:30 when we will celebrate a major milestone: the one-year anniversary of the VRC Hub!
We will look back at our collective impact and share updates on the highly anticipated launch of our Student Service Initiative, which connects local youth with meaningful volunteer opportunities. We will also review the regional radio marketing and Stories of Service campaigns, as well as discuss the expansion of the VRC hub footprint into new areas of the region, including Colonial Beach and Gloucester.
To wrap up our session, partners specifically involved in our 9/11 Day of Service event with Lancaster High School are asked to remain for the final 30 minutes. This dedicated half-hour will be used to finalize event logistics, confirm volunteer counts, and share the latest operational details to ensure a seamless day of community impact.
